ZSM’s shaft measuring system has a vertical construction and is available in bench top configuration. The high resolution B/W CMOS matrix camera produces a workpiece image with sharp contours for accurate, precise measurement. The surface LED ring light is segment controllable via the measuring software. In addition, all shaft measuring systems come equipped with a coaxial surface light. Therefore, measuring blind holes and key slots on shaft surfaces can be easily done. In combination with a rotation axis (available as standard or as an option depending on the model), our shaft measuring systems provide users with an effective non-contact solution for shafts of different types and sizes.
