Scan View Q Series: A Small Box with a Big Impact

Zhaoschneider Messtechnik is pleased to announce the launch of the new Scan View Series field of view measurement system. This unique, compact cube design has an exceptionally large field view with a 76x64 mm X/Y measuring range, incorporating the latest in telecentric lens technology.
Complex, time consuming measurement routines are done at high speed with typical measurement cycle times reduced to seconds. Additionally, measurement is made effortless with no need to specifically align parts to be measured within the field of view.
The Topas Quick software is easy to operate and part programming is simple to use with the range of measurement tools provided. The intelligent profile capture tool grabs the profile shape and stores this within the saved program. When running the program, the software will then recognize the same part when placed anywhere within the field of view, therefore the full measurement routine is completed with a single click.
The Scan View Q system can measure both single and multiples of the same parts that are visible within the field of view.
